3D Concept Character
The result of my first attempt modeling a humanoid character, this model was a massive learning tool for me. When approaching my own character design, I chose to create a character that was more alien in nature, drawing inspirations from gargoyles and feral characters. The environment that I envisioned for the character was an extremely harsh and arid world. To make him look like he belonged there, I gave him a very rough skin that looked like it had been through a lot of weathering and scarring, perhaps some evolutionary organic armoring as well.
